The tourist development of the wilaya
- 1- The promotion of the Sétif destination in order to increase its attractiveness and position the role it can play regionally, nationally and even internationally.
- 2- Preserve the fragile cultural and natural heritage by adopting a sustainable development policy.
- 3- Find points of convergence and complementarity between the various sectoral policies by encouraging productive partnership.
- 4- Conquer new markets by setting up new tourist products and increasing investment.
- 5- Work on the quality factor in granted projects (support investors technically and financially
- 6- Diversify the range (low, medium, high) so as to meet different tourism products and satisfy different types of tourists.
- 7- Raise the commercial stakes: welcome the maximum number of local tourists “local receptive tourism”.
- 8- Maximize local receptivity to approximately 670,988 visitors, 3 nights per year (all types of hotel establishments combined) by achieving an annual development rate of local tourist activity of 83℅ and improving the average number of visits for reach 4 days.
- 9-Increase the reception capacity through the creation of diversity in the accommodation offer up to 20,115 beds by 2030, including 13,864 additional beds in quantity and quality.
- 10- Increase tourist flows by 917,747 tourists including (734,198 national tourists and 183,549 foreign tourists).
