DJamila known as CUICUL is located northeast of Setif, at an altitude of 900 meters. The site occupies about 42 hectares. It was classified as a world heritage site in 1982. Its foundation dates back to the reign of the Roman emperor Nerva in the years 96 and 97 AD. It also contains a museum which includes an important archaeological wealth.it constitutes on the archaeological plan one of the jewels of the national heritage and even universal.
